Amazon / Full management
Most Amazon brands run ads through an agency, listings through a freelancer, and inventory on a spreadsheet the founder updates at midnight. Three people are accountable for their piece. Nobody is accountable for the profit.
One account. One accountable team.
Selected agency clients
Four channels, one job each: turn spend into signal. No bloated retainers, no service you don’t need.
The whole account matters
A PPC agency optimises for ACoS. It has no reason to care that your hero image is costing you conversions, so it bids harder to compensate. A listings freelancer rewrites your copy and never sees the search term report. And nobody is watching stock cover, so your best SKU goes out of stock in week six and loses the rank it took four months to earn.
Each supplier does their job. The account still underperforms, because the failures happen in the spaces between them, and those spaces are where the margin goes.
Full management exists to close them. One team, one set of numbers, accountable for what the account nets rather than what any single channel reports.
Everything below is included in the monthly fee. No per-hour billing, no change requests for routine work.

Inventory: It is unglamorous, it involves your supplier and your cashflow, and it does not show up in an ads dashboard. It is also the most common cause of lost rank we see. An agency that will not touch inventory is running your ads with one hand tied, and the stockout that undoes six months of ranking work will not appear anywhere in its reporting.
Account health: Most agencies treat suspension as somebody else’s emergency. We handle appeals, plans of action and compliance monitoring as standing work, because an account that goes down for three weeks does not have a marketing problem to solve afterwards. It has a rebuild.
If a prospective agency will not commit to both in writing, you are buying PPC management with a broader name on the invoice.
The account was suspended when we took it on. Private-label supplements and skincare, operating under Amazon’s restricted-category advertising rules, with compliance constraints that ruled out most standard growth tactics.
Reinstatement came first: plan of action, documentation, category approval. Only then did the rebuild start: listings restructured for compliance, advertising rebuilt from zero history, inventory planned around lead times that had already slipped during the suspension.
A single client outcome under specific conditions. It is not a forecast for your account.
Monthly revenue. Rebuilt from suspension.
Why it is on this page
Not because the number is large. Because it is the clearest example of why the four workstreams above belong under one roof.
A PPC agency could not have taken that account on, because there was nothing to advertise. A listings freelancer could not have written the appeal. The reinstatement, the compliance rewrite, the ad rebuild and the inventory replan were the same job, done in sequence, by people who could see all of it.
Split across three suppliers, it does not happen.

Days 1–14
Full account review across advertising, listings, inventory and health. You get the findings whether or not you proceed. We agree the profit baseline we will be measured against, so there is no argument in month six about what changed.
Days 15–45
Budget moves to the SKUs and terms that convert profitably. Inventory forecasting starts driving the promotional calendar rather than reacting to it. First full profit review at day 90 against the baseline set in week two.
Ongoing
Monthly profit review, quarterly category strategy, and expansion assessment once the home marketplace is stable. Most accounts are ready to look at a second marketplace somewhere between month six and month nine.
One monthly fee covering everything in scope. Ad spend is paid directly to Amazon and is not marked up.
Larger catalogues and multi-marketplace accounts are quoted individually. We will tell you on the audit call which band you fall into before you ask.
It works when
It does not when
If the right-hand column describes you, say so on the call. There are cheaper and better-suited options, and we would rather point you at one than take a retainer that will not work.
Plenty of brands do, and it works when someone internally genuinely owns listings and inventory. If that person is the founder doing it at the end of the day, it does not work, and not through lack of ability, but because those jobs need attention on a schedule. We would rather you bought PPC alone than bought full management and kept doing half of it yourself.
A named account lead who you speak to directly, supported by specialists for advertising, content and account health. You will know who they are before you sign. No account is handed to someone you have not met.
Not in the same category and marketplace without telling you first. If you want it excluded contractually, we will scope the exclusivity to your specific category and marketplace and write it into the agreement.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Marketplace performance depends on your pricing, your stock, your product and your competitors, several of which we do not control. What we commit to in writing is scope, response times and the profit baseline we are measured against.
Usually once the home marketplace is profitable and stock is reliable, which is typically month six to nine. Expanding earlier tends to multiply an existing problem across more marketplaces. We assess it as part of quarterly strategy rather than selling it as a separate project.
